"Remington and the Mysterious Fedora", a Fantasy eNovel written by Canadian Author, Chuck Waldron, tickles the imagination and equally entertains as he tells the story of a man, an old remington typewriter and a fedora.

In this eNovel, the main character, Josh, finds an old Remington typewriter and a fedora with some very mysterious powers at the back of a strange used goods store. As Josh embarks on his first novel writing adventure, he finds that his new hat has its own story to tell – of a time before history began – and is quite demanding of Josh’s attention. As the story consumes him, Josh’s life begins to unravel, and he soon finds he is unable to separate himself from the mysterious fedora and the story.

When the last page is written, Josh is curious, left with more questions than answers…both about the story and his own life.

A word from the Author; “I was born in the United States and after a tour in the United States Army, attended college under the G.I. Bill, followed by a thirty-five year career in the Social Services. I moved to Canada in 1971, becoming a citizen in 1974. I am well-traveled and spent a year-long adventure traveling in a motor home, along with a three-year tour on a sailboat. Somewhere during that time of writing professional reports and memos, I caught the creative writing fever and began writing short stories and those short stories eventually gained momentum. My wife is one of my biggest fans, and has told me my writing is a bright spot amongst the “plain vanilla fluff” she usually sees. I aspire to continue to write in the flavours of Chunky Monkey and Marshmallow-Cherry swirl.”
